El grupo de psicoanálisis multifamiliar. Un campo dinámico interactivo

RESUMEN

Este trabajo presenta una serie de reflexiones sobre el campo dinámico interactivo que se produce en el GPMF, contexto social que provee un espacio asistencial heterogéneo y abierto que a través de su acción terapéutica favorece el cambio psíquico. Este recurso sofisticado y complejo permite el abordaje de la dimensión individual, familiar y social de la mente, incluyendo en un mismo espacio y tiempo intervenciones que corresponden a cada ámbito, todos ellos insertos en la cultura. Es por ello, que el GPMF requiere una aproximación específica, que integre conocimientos del funcionamiento psicológico individual, de la dinámica de la familia y de los grupos pequeños y de las relaciones e influencia sociales.This paper presents a series of reflections regarding the dynamic interactions that take place in the Multi-family Group, a social context that provides an open, therapeutic, heterogeneous space that favours psychic change. This sophisticated and complex resource allows the simultaneous approach of the individual, family and social dimensions, inserted within the culture. Due to this the Multi-Family Group requires of a specific approach that integrates knowledge of the individual?s psychological functioning, the family dynamics, the small groups and the social relationships and influences. The ideas seek to underline and enrich the Theory and the Practice of Multifamily Psychoanalisis that J. García Badarraco developed throughout his life and work experience around Therapeutic Communities and the Multi-family groups. From his works we have extracted central concepts regarding the therapeutic process, ego resource deficits , psychic change, identification processes, the ?maddening object?,? the normal and pathological interdependence schemes? and fundamentally the notion of a "healthy potentiality".
