[ABSTRACT] There are presented some experiences in mental health care on the post-disaster period, according to the results of our work, done in Pereira, Colombia, after the earthquake on january 25 1999.There is a brief presentation of the inter-disciplinary and the home care models of attention, to the victims and their families, with great family and social components, and a global analisys of the epidemiological profile, according to the final findings obtained from this study.Se present
