[ABSTRACT] The aim of present study is to bring together different voices on the topic of future psychiatric training. Sources of data are a literature review and focus groups. Discourses on future are constructed, according to literature, with five elements: pragmatic, enthusiastic, millenarist, historicist and ethical.
