[ABSTRACT] In the present work, the challenges that the future psichiatrist has to face are exposed and, based on them, we propose formative aspects available for an actualization. Our comments embrace areas like social psichiatry, biological psichiatry, subspecialization and the psichiatrist in the informatic era.
