[ABSTRACT] For power to understand the complex operation of the "encéfalo" is necessary to understand as this certified and interrelated the "sustrato" biological, for this the present dissertation studies to the "encéfalo" through three functional blocks (theory "neuropsicológica of Luria"): to) the first block is referred to that part of the "sustrato" biological that permits that are given the processes of the conscience and the attention; b) the second block is referred to that part of the sustrato biological that permits that are given the processes of the "senso" perception (to receive, to analyze and to store the information); c) the third block is referred to that part of the "sustrato" biological that permits that are given the processes of programming, regular, and to verify the activity; that is to say, it permits that is carried out the organization of the conscious activity.Para poder entender el complejo funcionamiento del encéfalo es necesario comprender como esta conformado e interrelacionado el sustrato biológico, para ello la presente disertación estudia al encéfalo mediante tres bloques funcionales (teoría neuropsicológica de Luria): a) el primer bloque se refiere a aquella parte del sustrato biológico que permite que se den los procesos de la consciencia y la atención; b) el segundo bloque se refiere a aquella parte del sustrato biológico que permite que se den los procesos de la senso percepción (recibir, analizar y almacenar la información); c) el tercer bloque se refiere a aquella parte del sustrato biológico que permite que se den los procesos de programar, regular, y verificar la actividad; es decir, permite que se lleve a cabo la organización de la actividad consciente.
