[ABSTRACT] This paper describes the implementation of a Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) program as a new tool of the clinical management of violence, restrain and seclusion in a psychiatric ward. The care process formalisation allowed the elaboration of a set of indicators in order to measure the organisational quality.
