[ABSTRACT] In 1900, Freud introduced in the text ?La Interpretación de los Sueños? the concept ?unconscious? (the language structure including the subject) which property he extended to everyone: if we all dream, then we all have unconscious, may we be neurotic or not. ... We can only reach the unconscious through the psychoanalytic interpretation - of unconscious nature - which is produced inside the clinic frame, even if its forms are allowed to accede to the consciousness disguised as dreams, lapsus, failed acts and symptoms.

This discovery drove Freud to establish a single method that can be applied in all the cases: free association and transference. The novelty is that you do not depart of a differencial diagnosis because the psychic mechanism is able to produce either a poem or a delirium, keeping till the end of treatment that procedure in this time of ?après coup? where ?it must had been?... something that is not there anymore.En 1900, Freud introdujo en su texto ?La Interpretación de los Sueños? el concepto inconsciente (la estructura del lenguaje incluyendo al sujeto) generalizándolo a todo sujeto humano : si soñar, soñamos todos, inconsciente tenemos todos seamos o no neuróticos.... Al inconsciente solo se tiene acceso mediante la interpretación psicoanalítica ? de carácter inconsciente ? que se produce dentro del encuadre clínico aunque sus formaciones lleguen a la conciencia en forma de sueños, lapsus, actos fallidos y síntomas.

Este descubrimiento le llevó a establecer un único método que se aplica en todos los casos: asociación libre y transferencia. La novedad es que no se parte de un diagnóstico diferencial dado que el mecanismo psíquico tiene la capacidad de producir tanto un poema o como un delirio, reservando el mismo para el final del tratamiento, en ese tiempo de recurrencia donde ?hubo de haber habido? algo que ya no es.
