[ABSTRACT]: In recent years there has been a growing interest in the role of family interactions and influences on psychotic patients. Most of these family-centered interventions are based on the theory of vulnerability to schizophrenia of Zubin and Spring, and the construct of Expressed Emotion, taking as objective the reduction of family stress to prevent relapse. On the other hand, traditional psychosocial therapies, but to relieve symptoms, have the disadvantage of its large temporal extent.
