[ABSTRACT] We have the honour to present de 7th Symposium in Evidence Based Mental Health. In this edition different quality papers are presented in reference to reviews on the concept of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder from different Spanish contributors and authors proceding from Clinical and Forensic Psychology (Mario Araña, Juan Chacón), Methodology (Mª Dolores Frías and Juan Novell), and Psychiatry (José Luis Pedreira , David Bussé and Salvador Porras).
