Diferencias en ansiedad, depresión, estrés y apoyo social entre sujetos con enfermedad cardiovascular y controles sano.

RESUMEN

[ABSTRACT] Exist a strong evidence of the relationship between depression, anxiety, stress, deficit of social support and cardiovascular disease (CVD). The objective of the present work has been continued, within our cultural
environment, improving the knowledge of such relationships. Method: they were studied the differences in anxiety, depression, level of stress and social support, between two
groups, 18 subject diagnosed with CVD and 143 impaired controls sociodemographycaly similar. Results: Were found meaningful differences in anxiety and depression between both groups, being greater in the subjects with CVD. They were not found meaningful differences in others variables as level of stress and level of social support.Existe una fuerte evidencia de la relación entre la depresión, la ansiedad, el estrés y el déficit de apoyo social y las enfermedades caardiovasculares (ECV). El objetivo del presente trabajo ha sido continuar, dentro de nuestro entorno socio-cultural, ahondando en el conocimiento de dichas relaciones. Método: se estudiaron las diferencias en ansiedad, depresión, nivel de estrés y nivel de apoyo social, entre dos grupos, 18 sujetos diagnosticados con
ECV y 143 controles sanos sociodemográficamente similares. Resultados:. Se encontraron diferencias
significativas en sintomatología ansiosa y depresiva entre ambos grupos, siendo dichos síntomas mayores en los sujetos con ECV. No se hallaron diferencias significativas en otras variables como Nivel de Estrés y Nivel de Apoyo Social.
